This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing Batchy, you agree to these terms.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Batchy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

2. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this statutory requirement.

For purchases where Lemon Squeezy checkout obtains your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins, that statutory withdrawal right may not apply after delivery begins. If that consent and acknowledgement are not collected, or if local law provides non-waivable rights, those rights still apply. Our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies regardless.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

5. License Deactivation

Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You must stop using the Software after receiving your refund. If you wish to use the Software again in the future, a new purchase is required.
