1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Batchy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

2. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this statutory requirement.
